Ranganathan (Father of Library Science) at Janata College Kabuganj, Cachar. The Chief Guest of the programme was Dr. Suprabir Dutta Roy, Controller of Examinations, Assam University Silchar. The Guest of Honour and Chairman of the Programme was Sri Kalpataru Nath, President of the Governing Body Janata College Kabuganj. Dr. Mukut Sharma, Assistant Professor in the Department of Lib & Inf Sc, Assam University, Silchar was the Special Invitee. Shri, L.
