DELED 2nd year Workshop will be held on 27th and 28th June 2015. 

All the students of the DELED 2nd Year of Janata College Study Centre are requested to be present in the Centre at 1 pm at Hall No-3 on 19th June 2015.

The DELED 2nd year Course is likely to start from 19th of June 2015 with the Workshop for 12 days continuously. As our centre is affiliated to Assam University  Silchar, the normal classes for the students will start from 1st July 2015, thereafter it will not be convenient to conduct the classes during working days but only on Sundays. So the management has decided to conduct the WORKSHOP before July so that your normal duties as well as the DELED classes do not hamper. Students are requested to be prepared for the Workshop with the Programme given below.

Dr.(Ms) Sudipta Khersa Asst. Prof of Janata College Kabuganj, the only Dimasa lady with PhD degree in Bengali(Awarded on 28/11/2011)from Assam University Silchar. She is the daughter of Bhubanjoy Barman Khersa. She did her PhD on  Lokopuran O Lokokather Nirikhe Dimasar Samaj O Sanskriti Anweshan ( Dimasa society and culture in the context of Dimasa Mythology and Folktales ) under the guidance of Dr.(Ms) Roma Bhattacharyya, Dept of Bengali AU Silchar. The college fraternity feels proud of her and wishes her more success in life.
